The waves off the Pacific Ocean near Rocky Point at Cape Palliser, crash against the rugged rocks along the Wairarapa, New Zealand coastline as a brilliant light illuminates the clouds at sunset. These waters can be extremely dangerous as the Pacific Ocean and the Tasman Sea unite in the middle causing a great disturbance which has taken many lives over the years.
Farther along the Wairarapa coastline, within walking distance, fur seals can be seen flopped out on the large rocks. Here the sunset lighting glistens off their bodies as the green cliffs rise behind them adding to the already picturesque scenery near Rocky Point, New Zealand.
