The white crested waves rolling off the Tasman Sea crash along the sandy shores of Ripiro Beach at Glinks Gully in Kaipara, Northland in New Zealand. The golden sands span the Northland coastline for about 100 kilometers giving the seabirds plenty of room for a peaceful walk.
At low tide, many people drive along the beach in their 4 wheel drive vehicles where they can explore Ripiro Beach for 2 hours in either direction.
Glinks Gully is one of the many small resorts situated along this coastline. Visitors can enjoy a peaceful vacation in a friendly atmosphere and the beauty of Ripiro Beach while watching various species of seabirds walk on the sand or soar above the Tasman Sea.
