The telephone poles and the electrical wires which span through the town of Rarangi in the Marlborough District on the South Island of New Zealand, are silhouetted in the sunset lighting. The hillsides are highlighted by the bright yellow hues at sunset, which slowly fade out into soft pink hues with the remainder of the sky being blue in color.
Near the town of Rarangi, oceanfront scenery offers a beach within close proximity of local resident's home and is a destination which becomes hard to leave when visiting the South Island of New Zealand. An eighteen hole championship golf course, located in the town, is one well worth playing while vacationing in the Marlborough District.
The town of Rarangi is definitely worthwhile while traveling the South Island of New Zealand, but even more picturesque when the sunset lighting spans across the sky.
