As the waves off the Pacific Ocean crash along the shores of Orewa Beach in the Rodney District on the North Island of New Zealand, a man enjoys the scenery while Blokart sailing. Anyone can partake in this great outdoor activity as it is considered very safe and fairly easy but wind is necessary to make the Blokart move.
A safety belt and leg straps are used for this sport to keep the sailer intact along with safety attire such as a helmet, gloves and eyewear. The faster the wind blows, the faster you will be sailing across the beach as you steer the Blokart with one hand and hold on to the rope with the other.
Most people prefer the beach for sailing while others enjoy tracks, car parks, parks or recreation areas.
