Ngawi Town Beach Bulldozers Wairarapa New Zealand
Photo & Vacation Spot

The town of Ngawi in Wairarapa on the North Island of New Zealand uses its own bulldozers on the beach to pull boats in and out of the water.

Along the coastal shores in Ngawi, Wairarapa on the North Island of New Zealand, bulldozers are used to retrieve and launch boats into the water. The coastline is very rocky with waves that can create quite a stir and a wharf is non-existent which leaves the colorful bulldozers to aid boats up onto the beach.

A small, quaint fishing town who has worked together and painted these bulldozers in bright colors. Each of the bulldozers has been named, with the green one being Kermit and the pink one called Tinky Winky. This makes the bulldozers easy to see with many of them coming and going around the town of Ngawi, New Zealand.
