As you look across from the north end of the Northern Taranaki Bight on the North Island of New Zealand, the sunset scenery is stunning. The second highest peak, Mt. Taranaki or Mt. Egmont is highlighted in the yellow glow of the sunset hues as the snow blankets the volcanic cone peak.
