A sight which has graced the Kaikoura Coast since the mid 1970's, Nin's Bin is situated just north of the town of Kaikoura on the South Island of New Zealand.

In New Zealand, Lobsters are called Crayfish and they don't come any fresher than at Nin's Bin along the Kaikoura Coast of the South Island.

For many New Zealander's stopping off at Nin's Bin while travelling between Kaikoura and Blenheim, further north is a real treat. It is one of the cheapest places to buy a whole crayfish, and now they also sell mussels. You can choose to have a crayfish cooked on the spot or choose from any of the prior cooked delicacies.
