Being at the northern most end of NZ, the Pacific Ocean is the next point of travel which means one cannot drive the distance from this location. Designed and created by the automobile association, these direction signs give one an idea of how far away some of these places are from NZ.
The Cape Reinga Lighthouse along with the coastal scenery are two of the main attractions here, but the direction signs have also become a centerpiece for visitors to Northland, NZ.
