At low tide, the bright orange tractor pulling an open, but cushioned trailer belonging to Gannet Beach Adventures, take visitors on a tour along the beach to explore the Cape Kidnappers Gannet Colony in Hawkes Bay on the North Island of New Zealand.
Daily tours aboard this trailer are made to the gannet colony, but times vary as much of the adventure relies on the tide. There needs to be plenty of beach area for the tractor to easily pull the trailer loaded with passengers which makes frequent stops along the way to admire the scenery and capture some beautiful pictures of the North Island of New Zealand.
Gannet Beach Adventures is a four hour long tour which appeals to all ages, but people should be prepared with appropriate clothing and plenty of food.
